I really enjoy the ocean.  This is why I love being a Captain for Cabo Pulmo Beach Resort.  Seeing the smiles and excitement on my passengers faces after they ascend from a dive or return from a snorkel trip makes me happy.  I  enjoy working in harmony and helping out wherever I can.  But more than anything I enjoy my life with my 8 month old son Lionel.

Pancho-Captain

PanchoHola, soy Pancho.  When I got the chance to learn this profession I never thought I would love it so much.  I love to share the different experiences that my passengers share with me on each and every dive and snorkel trip.  It's very satisfying knowing that they leave happy and wanting to return.  Personally, I am the pitcher on a minor league baseball team.  I also play futbol regularly, and love to spend time with my wife & kids.

MEMO 2Hola!  I am Captain Memo.  I have worked in Cabo Pulmo for 18 years.  I enjoy fishing, spending time with my wife and two children (Ronaldo & Perla).  I know the Sea of Cortez like the back of my hand.  My boss always says “If Memo can’t find the fish, no one can”.  I hope to see you soon here at Cabo Pulmo Beach Resort.

 

Pachi-Mechanic

My name is Pachi.  I am the mechanic for Cabo Pulmo Beach Resort.  I’m the guy responsible for making sure all of our vehicles, generators and boat motors stay purring.  I enjoy racing dune buggies with my brother and being on the pit crew for the famous Baja 500 & 1000.  My family has been in the East Cape for generations.  We own auto parts stores and junkyards – we always can find those hard to get parts.

JP - Dive Instructor

Matias - PADI Dive Instructor

Cheap mexico travelHola! My name is Matias from La Paz, BCS Mexico. I am one of the PADI Instructors here at Cabo Pulmo Beach & Diving Resort. I started diving when I was 9 years old and I have been working as a Divemaster / Instructor for more than 9 years now. I love to share my passion for diving and to teach other people how beautiful the underwaterworld is. Next to that I love to do horseback riding and listening to music. Tessa - Receptionist

Dive Baja MexicoHi! My name is Tessa and I am the receptionist at the Cabo Pulmo Beach & Diving Resort. I am a Dutch Native and I lived for over 2 years in La Paz, BCS Mexico. I am very excited to now be living in Cabo Pulmo! I am a PADI Rescue Diver and I have been working in the diving world for a few years now. I am crazy about animals and I find the underwater world fascinating. Next to diving, I also love to travel, walk the beach with my dogs and riding horses is my passion! My name is Karla Gonzales and I have lived in Cabo for over 15 years.  It is a place to call home because of the extraordinary weather, natural surroundings and friendly people.  My early job carreer was in Sales, Public Relations and Marketing for five star resorts in Los Cabos. Now I am glad to have the opportunity to show others the beauty of the natural life we have in Cabo Pulmo and set the problems aside. We just live once, lets enjoy the ride!

My name is Manuela, I am from Italy.  I am one of the PADI instructors at Cabo Pulmo Beach Resort.  I also enjoy underwater photography, it's a good way to show and express the underwater world on which our planet depends.  I love traveling and discovering new diving places around the world!  I also like sports like wake-boarding, hiking and kayaking.  Hope to see you around so I can show this little piece of paradise!
